All orders placed before 9am are shipped the same day (except weekends).

Shipping costs are from 3.50€ to 14€ depending on the selected carrier and the weight of the package, and are free for orders exceeding this amount:

– 50€ per Mondial Relay

– 150€ by Colissimo

– 300€ per TNT

A tracking email is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

Different cases depending on the selected carrier :

COLISSIMO

– collection and delivery: from Monday to Friday
– delivery within 3 to 4 working days from the time of collection
– collection and dispatch of parcels the same day if order placed before 9am
– parcels without signature

MONDIAL RELAY

– pick-up and delivery: Tuesday to Friday
– delivery within 5 to 6 working days from pick-up
– pick-up and dispatch of parcels the same day if order placed before 9am
– no pick-up on Monday

TNT

– collection and delivery: from Monday to Friday
– delivery within 24H from pick-up
– delivery before 13H the next
day – pick-up and dispatch of parcels the same day if order placed before 12H.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE FRANCE

For delivery in Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, from €10. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days.

For a delivery outside Europe, shipping costs vary depending on the destination, from 40€. Delivery times are from 3 to 15 working days, depending on the destination.

In Europe and abroad, shipping costs vary, calculated according to the destination and the volumetric weight.

For returns, 3 possibilities:

Case study n°1 : Your parcel arrived too late

The carrier (La Poste, Mondial Relay and TNT) has again: your package arrived too late! Refuse the package or don’t pick it up (if it’s at the post office or in a relay), it will be sent back to us! Upon receipt, we will reimburse you. If it has been received or dropped off at a neighbour, concierge or friend (only well-meaning people) call us or send us an e-mail so that we can organise the return! Case 2: You have damaged or defective products

You have received a damaged or defective product. In short, you are disappointed. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] with a photo of the offending product so that we can find a solution together!

Case Study 3: You have changed your mind

You have changed your mind and finally you don’t want the products you ordered anymore. The return of goods is at your expense. You just have to return the products with the delivery note listing the returned products. As soon as we receive the return package, we will write to you to find out whether you prefer a credit note or a refund.

Don’t panic! If you already have a customer account and have lost your password, go to the My Account tab and click on “Lost Password”. You will be asked to enter your email address and your password will be automatically sent to you. And if for some obscure reason nothing happens, call us on 01 75 44 33 80!

Payments are accepted only in euros, before sending your order. We accept all online payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa or Mastercard) and by Paypal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please call us on 01 75 44 33 80.

During certain periods, we set up promo codes. These codes allow you to have a discount on products or on shipping costs. When a coupon code is active, we indicate it directly on the home page of the site. You just have to register it before paying your order to be able to benefit from the discount (on the payment page).

The quantities available on the site correspond to the quantities actually in stock. If an item is out of stock, you just have to fill in your email address by clicking on the “unavailable” icon on the right of the product sheet. Thus, as soon as the article is available again, you will receive an automatic email. If you wish to have more information about the date of availability of an article, send us an email through the contact form.

Once you have validated your basket, it remains modifiable as long as you have not paid your order. You can duplicate your order by going to My Account and clicking on your order number (in the right-hand column).

If your order is already paid for, call us and if your order has not yet been collated and/or shipped, we will add the products you need!

The items you put in your shopping cart will not appear in our logistics department until your order has been paid for.

We cannot therefore guarantee the availability of the items you have chosen before the payment of your order. This is why the time you have to pay for your order is rather short: 30 minutes. This time allows us to minimize the number of stock errors.

If the content of your order does not correspond to what you expected: defect, error, missing item, damaged package … Send us an email through the contact form or call us at 01 75 44 33 80 so that we can offer you a suitable solution: exchange, refund or return as soon as possible!
